Motivation, job satisfaction and employee management

The aim of the course is to transfer comprehensive knowledge in the field of motivation, leadership and remuneration of employees in the business environment. By studying the course, the student will gain knowledge in the field of human resource management. The course points out the importance of human resources as a factor of competitive advantage in the company, students also get acquainted with the external and internal conditions of human resource management, such as working hours, working environment. Important personnel activities are defined. The areas of training and evaluation of employees with an impact on remuneration are explained in more detail.
