The course introduces students to valuation activities, focusing on the valuation of buildings, building materials and entire properties. The aim of the course is to clarify the methodology of pricing according to current legislation. Graduates will also learn to construct and apply valuation and financial formulas in the context of real estate valuation and appraisal.

In this course, candidates will develop knowledge and practical skills in the context of property management. By completing the course, students will understand the relationships between landlords and tenants and be able to evaluate alternative professional strategies in a range of property and asset management scenarios. Emphasis will be placed on strategic property management and operational property management situations. The course covers technical management of buildings and properties and optimization of energy costs. The course examines the responsibilities of the property manager and property owner, details the legal aspects of landlord and tenant, and explains the landlord-tenant relationship.

This course aims to introduce the design of the tax system and teach basic tax administration techniques. By studying this course, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of tax issues and the ability to deal independently with specific tax situations. Students will gain an overview of the subject of tax, the tax base, and the formalities associated with proving reported tax liabilities. Upon completion of the course, students will know and be able to explain the place and function of accounting as a basic source of economic information and will be able to make records of basic economic transactions during the accounting period and perform basic acts within the framework of the financial statements.

In the Sales and communication skills course, students are introduced to sales and communication skills. The course deals with the personality of the salesperson and his/her professional prerequisites for performing sales activities, including the management of verbal and non-verbal communication in sales meetings and sales-related paperwork. By studying the program, students will gain skills in a wide range of sales negotiations and customer relations, sales and marketing. Emphasis is placed on the independent principles of the sales meeting, its preparation, flow, presentation techniques, and closing.

This course is designed to deepen knowledge of the importance and operation of the land registry. The course introduces students to the meaning of entries in the Land Registry, a historical overview of the operation of the Land Registry and relevant legal sources. The aim of the course is to teach students to be familiar with the procedures of the cadastral office in making entries to the extent that the student can assess which documents and with what content to submit for registration in the cadastre. By completing the course, the student will be oriented in the individual outputs of the cadastre information system.

By completing the course in land law, students will gain basic knowledge of the institutes, principles and methods of land law regulation. The aim of the course is to provide a general overview of the peculiarities and legal regulation of legal relations to land, to provide a basic orientation in the main legal regulations. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to list and interpret the basic sources of land law, be able to form legal opinions on model cases and be able to identify the authority competent to decide in these cases.

The Real Estate Market and Real Estate Trading course provides critical analysis of market trends including sales, rentals, lending and mortgages. The course provides an in-depth analysis of trends, market activity, lending, leasing and property sales. The course examines urban planning, population behavior and mobility. From a macroeconomic perspective, students will gain an understanding of how changes in financial markets, international capital inflows, the local cost of capital, and changes in the trade deficit or surplus affect current and future real estate markets. Particular attention is paid in the course to acquiring the skills needed to distinguish short-term speculative fluctuations in real estate from actual or expected changes in asset valuations that are driven by fundamental factors. The course analyses the microeconomic determinants of property values and rental yields and current global trends in property demand and valuation.

This course examines the process and techniques of analyzing real estate as an investment vehicle, as well as the impact of market conditions and government policies on real estate investment. The course will enable candidates to gain a detailed understanding of the principles, theories, techniques and procedures associated with the valuation of real estate investments and liabilities for a variety of purposes. The course seeks to explore multiple applied valuation situations such as the implementation of valuation in the context of regulatory requirements, investment management and portfolio analysis. Candidates will apply a more critical understanding and develop the skills necessary to produce investment and market valuations, including performing complex valuations, evaluating and interpreting the performance of real estate investments at the individual asset and portfolio level.

This course aims to introduce students to the basic principles, issues and practical methods of marketing communication. Students will be introduced to the concept of marketing communication as presented in the literature, as well as examples from practice. The course will show students how the different components of communication are differentiated, which influence the creation, development and position of brands and products, as well as the image and activities of commercial and non-commercial entities. Specific examples will be used to present the communication process of each entity from the assignment, through strategy development, media selection, creative solutions, production and implementation. Marketing communication with customers is very important for all sectors of business, the course focuses on the possibilities of marketing in real estate.

The process of effective self-management will enable you to maximize your productivity, improve your workplace performance and effectively achieve your professional goals.
