COURSE OF ONLINE STUDY

The entire teaching takes place completely online in the study system, so you can complete the entire study from anywhere. A computer and internet are enough for the whole studio. The start of the study depends only on your time possibilities, the start of the study is determined by you. You are not waiting for the beginning of the semester or next month. You can really start at any time. Due to the fact that you are not tied to attendance or attendance at lectures, you can compile a study schedule according to your own possibilities. So you don’t have to worry about combining your studies with work, family or other responsibilities.

Upon admission to the study program, each student will gain access to the student section. Students will find all the necessary information and study materials in the student section, which represents the study system. Throughout the study, students can consult with lecturers via e-mail communication or using other online tools such as Teams or Skype. To successfully complete an MBA, a student must complete a total of ten courses. Study requirements include answering test questions and passing a practical application exam for each subject in the program. The study is conducted in English. After completing all courses, you will be assigned a final thesis. The study is completed by elaboration of the final thesis. Subsequently, you will be issued a diploma and you will receive a professional title.

Throughout the course, students will learn about different types of innovation, including product, process and social innovation. The course also includes the study of methodologies for effectively leading innovation projects. Emphasis is placed on the importance of teamwork and a collaborative approach in the innovation process.

This course focuses on the integration of innovation strategies into the overall strategic planning of the organization and emphasizes the analysis of the market, competitive environment, and internal capabilities of the firm in the context of innovation. Students will learn how to formulate and implement innovation strategies that support the long-term goals of the firm and will become familiar with various methods and tools for effective strategic decision making in the area of innovation. The course also explores how to deal with the challenges and uncertainties associated with innovation and promotes the development of leadership and change management skills.

This course focuses on exploring the latest technology trends and their impact on innovation and how these technologies are changing business models and industries. Students will learn how to identify and leverage technological innovations to create competitive advantage and learn about key technology trends such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, big data and more. The course aims to provide students with an understanding of the growing importance of technology in the innovation process.

This course focuses on developing leaders' abilities to generate creative and innovative approaches in management and provides tools for identifying and overcoming barriers to innovation in an organization. Students in the course will learn how to foster and stimulate creative thinking within their teams and learn methods to effectively apply creative thinking to strategic planning and decision making. They also examine the role of cultural and organisational factors in leadership and innovation. Emphasis is placed on brainstorming, critical thinking and problem-solving techniques. The goal of the course is to develop leaders who are able to take innovative approaches to challenges and opportunities in business.

The course focuses on the legal frameworks and ethical issues associated with innovation activities. In this course, students are introduced to the legal aspects of intellectual property, patents and licensing and learn how to navigate the complex legal and ethical dilemmas of the innovation process. Emphasis is placed on developing the ability to identify and resolve potential legal and ethical issues. The goal is to prepare students to effectively and responsibly manage innovation projects in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

The course focuses on methods for identifying, evaluating and managing risks associated with innovation projects and emphasises the importance of proper evaluation of innovation projects in terms of potential return on investment and risk. Students will learn to use quantitative and qualitative risk analysis tools and become familiar with different methods of evaluating innovation projects, including cost-benefit analysis. Emphasis is placed on the ability to predict future challenges and adapt innovation strategies in a dynamic business environment. The course aims to equip students with the skills needed to effectively manage risk and ensure the success of innovation initiatives.

This course focuses on strategies and techniques for effective marketing of innovation and new products and provides knowledge of developing and implementing marketing campaigns that match innovative products Students will learn how to identify target markets and customer needs for innovative products and learn methods for measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities. The aim of the course is to equip students with the skills to successfully market innovations in diverse market conditions.

This course focuses on developing the ability to manage and implement change in organizations and covers strategies and techniques for effectively managing resistance to change. Students will learn to identify factors that lead to change in organizational structure and culture and learn about the role of leadership in shaping and maintaining a positive organizational culture. The goal of the course is to prepare students to manage complex change and create a culture that supports innovation and continuous improvement.

This course provides an in-depth look at the financing and economic aspects of innovation projects and examines methods of assessing financial risk and financing options for innovation. Students will learn how to analyse the financial requirements and returns of innovation projects and become familiar with different sources of funding, including venture capital and government grants. The course also provides knowledge of financial planning and budgeting for innovation projects. The importance of the financial sustainability of innovation and its impact on the overall financial health of the firm is emphasized. The course aims to teach students to effectively manage the financial aspects of innovation activities and to support the financial success of innovation.

This course focuses on developing the skills needed to successfully lead and motivate teams working on innovation projects and provides knowledge of techniques for motivation and team spirit building. Students will learn how to apply different leadership styles that are effective at different stages of the innovation process and learn about methods for evaluating and developing team performance. The aim of the course is to equip students with the skills to effectively lead teams that are capable of implementing innovation projects and achieving outstanding results.
