The LLB (Bachelor of Laws) program is an educational program focused on legal studies. This program is suitable for aspiring managers and lawyers, as well as for all enthusiasts who wish to expand their legal knowledge. Upon successful completion of the LLB program, there is an option to pursue further education in the LLM program. The program can be studied 100% online.

COURSE OF ONLINE STUDY
The entire teaching takes place completely online in the study system, so you can complete the entire study from anywhere. A computer and internet are enough for the whole studio. Through a complete online study, we try to reflect the requirements of very busy managers who cannot afford to spend time on the way to or from school.
The start of the study depends only on your time possibilities, the start of the study is determined by you. You are not waiting for the beginning of the semester or next month. You can really start at any time. Due to the fact that you are not tied to attendance or attendance at lectures, you can compile a study schedule according to your own possibilities. So you don’t have to worry about combining your studies with work, family or other responsibilities.
Upon admission to the study program, each student will gain access to the student section. Students will find all the necessary information and study materials in the student section, which represents the study system. Throughout the study, students can consult with lecturers via e-mail communication or using other online tools such as Teams or Skype. To successfully complete LLB studies, a student must complete a total of seven courses. Study requirements include answering test questions and passing a practical application exam for each subject in the program. The study is conducted in English. After completing all courses, you will be assigned a final thesis. The study is completed by elaboration of the final thesis. Subsequently, you will be issued a diploma and you will receive a professional title.
SUBJECTS OF THE PROGRAM
The LLB is a bachelor’s degree in law and therefore serves as preparation for the subsequent LLM. The program is designed to provide students with comprehensive background information in all branches of law that a specialist in the field of law cannot do without.
Contract law
Contract law is a subject that deals with the legal aspects of the formation, performance and termination of contracts. Students will learn about the different types of contracts and how to properly formulate and interpret contractual arrangements. The legal consequences of non-performance of contracts and how to enforce them will also be covered. They will also look at liability and rescission issues. The course will also cover legal issues related to sales contracts and works contracts. Upon completion of the course, students will have a good understanding of the legal principles of contract law and will be able to communicate and negotiate effectively within contractual relationships.
Fundamentals of European Law
The Fundamentals of European Law course focuses on the study of the basic principles and institutions of European law. Students will learn about the historical development of European integration and important milestones in its evolution. They will also learn about the functioning of EU institutions such as the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Court of Justice and their competences. They will also look at the differences between primary and secondary EU law and the differences between EU and national law. Graduates of the course should be able to understand and interpret EU legal texts and apply them in practice.
Fundamentals of criminal law
The Fundamentals of Criminal Law course deals with the principles and foundations of criminal law. Students will learn about the Criminal Code, criminal procedure and basic concepts of criminal law such as crime and criminal liability. The course also includes an analysis of different types of crimes such as property crimes and violent crimes. Students will also learn about the principles of criminal procedure such as the defence and the trial. The course also includes a discussion of current criminal law topics such as tax evasion and corruption. This course provides students with a basic theoretical understanding of criminal law and the development of their critical thinking and analytical skills.
Fundamentals of private international law
The course Fundamentals of Private International Law deals with the principles and norms that regulate international commercial activities and private international contracts. Students will become familiar with various international conventions that relate to trade law, contractual relations, and other areas of private law. The course also provides an overview of jurisdiction, arbitration, and contracts of carriage in private international law. Students will develop the ability to apply the knowledge gained in the course to specific cases and decisions in international legal relations.
General issues of administrative law
The course General Issues in Administrative Law focuses on the basic principles and institutions of administrative law. Students will learn about the organisation and functioning of administrative authorities, administrative proceedings and administrative justice. In addition, they will learn about the rights and obligations of subjects in administrative proceedings and the rights and obligations of administrative authorities when carrying out administrative activities. The course also covers the issue of administrative offences and related liability. Participants will learn to distinguish between administrative and judicial proceedings and understand the importance of administrative law in contemporary society.
Right to information, protection of personal data
The course Right to Information, Protection of Personal Data focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of the right to information and the protection of personal data. Students will learn about the principles of data protection, such as transparency, consent and privacy, and how to apply these principles in different situations. They will also cover topics such as the processing of personal data, access to information and freedom of information. The course provides students with the theoretical knowledge and practical experience that will enable them to understand and deal with issues related to the protection of personal data in different areas such as business, public administration and the private sector.
Entrepreneur and business
The Entrepreneur and Entrepreneurship course focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of entrepreneurship in today's world. Students will learn about different forms of entrepreneurship such as self-employed, limited liability companies, joint stock companies and others. They will also learn about the legal obligations of entrepreneurs such as tax obligations, accounting and business registration. The course will also explore different areas of business such as commerce, finance and management. Students will learn how to identify and deal with risks that can threaten a business and how to take advantage of the opportunities that entrepreneurship offers.
