By studying the subject of financial management of a company, students will gain comprehensive information about the company's goals and their evaluation, assessment of the company's financial situation and procedures for creating a financial plan. Upon successful completion of this course, they will be able to apply this knowledge, information and new experiences in practice and gain a clear idea of individual financial policies and strategic financial planning.

The aim of the course business negotiation, techniques and skills is to acquaint students with the issues of trade and commerce and teach them basic business skills. By studying the course, students will gain knowledge of business psychology, the cultivation of which is essential for future managers and entrepreneurs, knowledge of tactics and strategy of successful business negotiations, negotiation methods, healthy self-enforcement techniques, principles of effective communication and methods of increasing personal performance. to the ethical side of business activities important for success in business.

By studying the subject of international trade, students are acquainted with trading on the international market. The course thoroughly explains the concepts of openness of the economy, closedness of the economy and the export and import of goods. Furthermore, the course focuses on the membership of the EU and its effects in international trade. In the course, students get acquainted with the types of international trade and the consequences of international trade on economic processes.

By studying the subject of managerial psychology, the student will get acquainted with the ability to analyze, understand, define and apply the principles of psychological theories that are key to managerial practice. The content of the course is relevant psychological knowledge necessary for effective management. Emphasis is placed especially on the development of social and managerial skills of students and on the practical application of knowledge in the management and leadership of people, teams and other organizational units. The aim is to get to know yourself and others as original unique personalities, with characteristics of positive and negative qualities and traits, understanding of various motives, but also strengths and weaknesses.

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic principles, problems and practical methods of marketing communication. Students will get acquainted with the concept of marketing communication, as presented in the literature, but also with practical examples. The course introduces students to the structure and operation of communication agencies, how differentiated components of communication, which affect the origin, development and position of brands and products, as well as the image and activities of commercial and non-commercial entities. The process of communication of individual subjects from the assignment, through the creation of strategy, selection of media, creative solutions, production and implementation will be presented on specific examples. Marketing communication with customers is very important for all branches of business that operate worldwide, internationally, nationally or only in a region, city or small municipality.

The study of the subject corporate culture and identity will enable students to get acquainted with the basic concepts related to corporate culture, which forms a set of its customs and traditions, values and norms, manifested in the characteristic forms of employee behavior. It creates a framework that largely identifies, guides and motivates people's behavior at work. We will explain the mutual connection of managerial culture with the company's strategy and the influence of organizational culture on the performance of the organization. We will also acquaint students with the development, importance and process of creating a code of ethics. We will show you what it should contain and how to create it correctly.

The aim of the subject of customer relationship management, customer psychology is to acquaint students with the principles of active customer relationship management. The course deals with how to identify and influence the current and potential value (profitability) of the customer, how to manage and strengthen customer relationships, how to increase customer loyalty by creating strong relationships and bonds between the customer and the company. The student will learn and be able to orientate in the CRM system and the possibilities that companies have in maintaining and developing contacts with customers both in B2B and B2C.

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the issue of quality management as an important part of company-wide management. The course introduces students to the basic principles and concepts of modern quality management. The main goal of the course is to acquaint students with the processes of integration, methods and procedures of quality management of products and services within the comprehensive management of the organization and in accordance with the strategic orientation and goals of the organization. By completing the course the student will get acquainted with the strategic importance of quality management, the context of quality management in the national and international dimension, the economic concept of quality management and various methods, tools and techniques used in various processes to ensure quality of inputs and outputs from business processes. .
