The course combines practical knowledge and theoretical directions for the field of strategic analysis of business processes and especially for the creation of new strategic goals, visions and recommendations for top management. The main content of the course is to acquaint students with the basic principles and methods of strategic management. After completing the course, the student will be able to explain the concept of strategic management, strategy, innovation strategy of the company and will be able to formulate the various stages of strategy creation and implement them.

After graduating, you will master the issues necessary for making financial decisions of an operational and strategic nature, in connection with other activities. During the study, the issues of business financing, financial management and at the same time the planning process, property and capital structure management will be clarified.

The aim of the course personnel management is to acquaint students with modern knowledge of personnel management and with the ways of its application by world companies. Students will deal with strategic human resource management and questions about what internal and external conditions affect strategic human resource management, get the opportunity to get acquainted with personnel management - as one of the crucial elements of successful fulfillment of organizational or business goals - as well as the laws of its origin. They will learn to understand the crucial importance of motivation in the work process and they can distinguish and also control the various ways and possibilities of recruiting and selecting employees.

The study of corporate culture and managerial ethics will enable students to get acquainted with the basic concepts related to corporate culture, which forms a set of its customs and traditions, values and norms, manifested in the characteristic forms of employee behavior. The content of the course is relevant psychological knowledge necessary for effective management. Emphasis is placed especially on the development of social and managerial skills of students and on the practical application of knowledge in the management and leadership of people, teams and other organizational units.
